Anchor University, Lagos (AUL) has once again attained a 100 percent in all her programmes presented to the National Universities Commission (NUC) for accreditation.
This is the second time that the Deeper Life owned institution would be presenting programmes for accreditation in her five years of existence recording the same 100 per cent success on the two occasions..
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Sam Oye Bandele, while sharing the good news to staff and students noted that the outcome of the accreditation exercise was an attestation to the commitment of the management, staff and the students promising that Anchor University would not relent in uplifting the standards of quality higher education and giving the best to her students.
Some of the accredited programmes are Bachelor’s Degrees in French, Biology Education, Physics, Physics with electronics, Biotechnology, Geology, Biology, Information Technology, Economics, International Relations and Applied Geophysics.
While all the programmes were granted full accreditation , Applied Geophysics received interim accreditation status. With this new accreditation results, all programmes offered in Anchor University are accredited by the National Universities Commission.
The Vice-Chancellor also stated that in pursuant of the vision of the university and to further expand training opportunities for students, Anchor University was in top gear of her plans to start new programmes in Law, Architecture, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science and Public Health.
