Education in Africa is a major challenge for many young people. It is expensive, and many students do not have the opportunity to attend school. University of Cape Town
The University of Cape Town is one of the best universities in South Africa, it has been ranked the number one university in Africa. Its motto in English simply means “good hope”. The University consists of 57 departments with 6 faculties, 1208 academic staff, and 3,179 non-academic staff. The school has six campuses, some of them are urban, others are suburban. They also offer degrees which include master’s degrees, doctorate degrees, and others.
The University is friendly to foreigners, and you can study several courses which include medicine and surgery, engineering, law, arts, etc.
University of Witwatersrand
The University of Witwatersrand is located in Johannesburg, South Africa. It comprises of many campuses. The institution is a university for research and awards for both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. It is the second-best university in Africa and also in South Africa.
The school was founded in 1896 and has produced great personalities who influenced the world in outstanding capacities. The University of Witwatersrand offers up to 3,600 courses. Stellenbosch University
The university was established in 1918, University of Stellenbosch is a nonprofit public higher education institution which is located in the suburban setting of the city of Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
The institution also offers courses and programs, leading to officially recognized higher education degrees which include bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees, and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
Universiteit Stellenbosch also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to its students which include a library, sports facilities, housing, exchange programs, study abroad, online courses, distance learning opportunities, and also administrative services.
University of KwaZulu-Natal
The University of KwaZulu-Natal is a university with five campuses in the KwaZulu-Natal province in South Africa. The University was formed in January 2004 after the merger between the University of Natal and the University of Durban-Westville.
The motto of the University of KwaZulu-Natal is “inspiring Greatness”. At the University of KwaZulu-Natal, there are four colleges, and the college houses many schools. Examples are the college of health science houses the school of clinical medicine, etc.
Cairo University
Cairo University was once known as the Egyptian university. It is located in the heart of Egypt’s beautiful capital city, Cairo. And is also one of Egypt’s best public universities ranked 5th in Africa. The institution was established in 1908. It houses 20 faculties and three institutions.
University of Johannesburg
The University of Johannesburg ranked 6th in Africa. The institution is famous for being one of South Africa’s research hubs. This University is known for its research capabilities and can bolster students’ careers in business and economics, engineering, health sciences, and some other fields.
The school offers world-class academic programs for undergraduates and postgraduate levels with over 50,000 students and offers several learning options for different programs. University of Ibadan
The University of Ibadan also known as (U.I) is a center for higher learning located in Oyo State, Nigeria. The University of Ibadan awards undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in a wide range of study areas, which include arts, medicine, etc. The University was formerly recognized as the university college Ibadan (UCI) and has been ranked as one of the leading research-intensive Universities in Nigeria.

The school covers many major disciplines and has excellent medical facilities which are needed.
