The Students Union Welfare Director of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Comrade Akinyele Oluwatosin also known as TosynoDrake has donated items to the two female hostels of the institution.
Comrade Akinyele made these donations on Tuesday when he visited the two hostels and presented the items to the representatives.
The two halls of residence which are Zenith Hostel and Pioneer hostel are located within the University community for the females.
According to the Welfare Director, the purpose of the donation is to cater to the Welfares of the female residents of the hostels.
Comrade Akinyele added that it was part of his campaign promises which he must fulfil.
“It is to promote their Welfares which I promised them,” he said.
The two halls of residence received one Mortal and Pestle each which was presented to their respective Hall Chairperson: Comrade Iseoluwa for Pioneer and Comrade Tola for Zenith
The two representatives appreciated the Welfare Director and the Union for such a brilliant idea.
