J & D Foundation while activating the Adebayo N15m Advocacy Campaign declared that the organization has anonymously been the good Samaritan that has been responsible for the total hospital bills and other needs of the young lad, Yakubu whose bright future has become bleak due to his deteriorating health conditions.

The urgent need and the deteriorating condition of Yakubu’s health instigated the reason why the humanitarian organisation is making the case public.

In order to restore hope back to Yakubus’s life, J & D Foundation can no longer wait rather making public advocacy to rescue Yakubu and his mother at FMC, Owo with funding to pay for all his medical expenses covering his drugs, weekly dialysis, feeding, diagnostics fees and other sundry expenses incurred.

On Yakubu’s medical certification obtained from the Federal Medical Center, FMC, Owo, Ondo-State signed by a Consultant Nephrologist confirmed that “Adebayo Oluwapelumi Yakubu  Ref /M/HOSP.NO.19223 a 19yr Old Man is presently being managed for End-Stage Renal Disease in our facility and on Maintenance Dialysis 2-3 times in a week.
